I grew up in a Christian home and was saved at a young age.

Throughout high school and into college I was living a double life of trying to act like the perfect Christian while choosing to pursue the things the world had to offer me. Since coming to college God had made clear to me my weaknesses and I’ve realized that I have done nothing or will never do anything to contribute to the blood that was shed for my life. I had leaders call me out for sin patterns and reveal to me what confession and repentance looks like. Throughout this time, I’ve grown a passion for the college student who is coming to college seeking the things of this world. These things will never truly satisfy them, and I love getting to walk with them and show them the power of the gospel.

HOW HAS YOUR PREVIOUS MINISTRY EXPERIENCES PREPARED YOU FOR THIS ROLE?

I’ve learned from incredible staff members and connection group leaders. I’ve also been able to lead a connection group for the past two years, which has prepared me and given me discipleship and evangelism opportunities.
